The Jai effect is in full swing at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport.

Balram "B" Bheodari was removed as Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport’s general manager by Mayor Andre Dickens. His removal comes at the heels of Chief Commercial Officer Jai Ferrell's termination resignation which she deemed "effective immediately. The role she vacated was posted for recruitment within a week, very quickly for someone who left without notice. 

Jan Lennon, Hartsfield-Jackson’s current deputy general manager of operations, will take over as the airport’s temporary general manager on July 1.

Jai Ferrell wants to control her departure narrative, but it is no secret that she did not leave on her own free will. She pulled out all the stops beginning with fraudulent FMLA leave, TPO filing and finally the resignation monologue that she sent across the Continental United Stated and 5 countries. Jai Ferrell needed validation through the comments and for prospective employers to think she left on her own free will.  "Allegedly"

There is a buzz around Hartsfield Jackson Airport regarding the whereabouts of Deputy General Manager Jaimeka "Jai Ferrell".  She has not been seen since December 8 when she hosted an offsite Christmas party for her entire team paid for by the City of Atlanta. The General Manager Balram Bheodari has stated it was a temporary management change. There are rumblings that Jai Ferrell is scheduling meetings with her network trying to secure a new job to save face because "allegedly' due to her mismanagement she will be out of work soon. Jaimeka Ferrell started a Coffee and Conversations tour after she received a heads up that her termination was imminent based on an investigation.   Jaimeka "Jai" Ferrell A previous post discussed Jaimeka "Jai" Ferrell being noticeably absent from Hartsfield Jackson for over one month. There are many stories floating around about her departure, however no official statement has been released. Reporters are allegedly instructed by Communications Manager Andy Gobeil prior to any press events not to inquire about Deputy General Manger Jaimeka Ferrell and to stick to the subject matter. Her updated website name change (from FlywithJai to JaiFerrell.com ) shows that she is distancing herself from her role at Hartsfield Jackson Airport which can be a clear indication that Jaimeka Ferrell is attempting to secure a new role and save face before imminent termination. The City of Atlanta's HR Commissioner Tarlesha Smith has been placed on administrative leave by Mayor Andre Dickens, effective immediately. Deputy Chief Commissioner Jason Ingram is leading the HR department during her absence. This announcement from Chief Operating Officer Lisa Benjamin (Gordon) comes at the heels of an explosive City Council meeting discussing her bullying and failure to provide funds to Hartsfield-Jackson Airport's Maintenance Employees.  This was the second time since March the employees had voiced their concerns over unfair treatment, sexual harassment, and compensation.  Airport Employees Attend City Council Meeting March   It is alleged Commissioner Smith had a pattern of meeting with maintenance employees the day before city council meetings and urging them not to attend.
